Shower was great, good water pressure and the showerhead was at a good height (at most of my stays elsewhere they are always too low, made for midgets).

Absolutely loved our time at this fantastic B&B in beautiful Wellington. It's located on a quiet hillside overlooking from where the Picton ferry sails from. Our room was extremely comfortable, cosy and well equipped with a lovely bathroom, which included a fabulous bath. Lou and Chris, the hosts, are a lovely couple who could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had a delicious healthy breakfast each day of our stay, and enjoyed chatting to Lou & Chris over a cup of tea. This is a brilliant place to stay if you're going to catch the ferry to the South Island as it's only a short drive from here. Wellington is a fabulous city and you'll be pushed to find a better place to stay than Harbour Lodge. Highly recommended !

Surrounded by shops and restaurants, just 5 minutes’ walk from Wellington, The Terrace Villas Serviced Apartments offer individually furnished accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen. Off-street car parking is available, for an additional charge, subject to availability. WiFi are available on site. We had a wonderful stay at this charming villa! The historical atmosphere of the building was absolutely delightful, with high ceilings that give it a unique character that modern hotel rooms simply can't compare to. The kitchen was fully equipped, perfect for preparing meals, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The bedroom was spacious, though the mattress was a bit on the soft side, which wasn't the most comfortable for us, but still manageable. The villa is very centrally located, though it's on top of a terrace, so be prepared for some steep stairs between the villa and the central streets. It wasn't a problem for us, as we’re quite fit, but it might be a challenge for others. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and found the prices to be excellent, especially during the holiday season. Highly recommend!
