United StatesWhat a cool really relaxing location and grounds. We stayed in a villa or small building that had two rooms and easy parking right in front of where you stay. The entire stay was peaceful and you felt like you were sort of in the woods and a nice view out of the back porch area. We had a hammock as well as part of the room. The bed was comfortable and the Air Conditioning worked great. The room was very clean and modern. The grounds were also nice and they have bikes you can just grab and go for a ride around the area. We enjoyed the breakfast that is included with the room and they will even make eggs any style for you. The onsite restaurant was awesome and they provided recommendations of other places to eat that are great choices. The staff were super helpful and seemed like they enjoyed working here.

United StatesParadise Breeze not only met our expectations but provided the exact vibe we were looking for: chill, comfort, and nice. It gave us a homebase in the area that also was so comfortable we opted to hang by the pool instead of heading to the beach on one of our days. The room was cleaned daily (a service that I don't always expect at small vacation homes). One part I cannot overlook: the property manager/owner went above and beyond to accommodate us. I had mentioned we were celebrating our engagement and we were greeted to room decor and a bottle of wine -- just the icing on the cake for our wonderful stay at Paradise Breeze.

Comporta has recently become fashionable in Portugal, so naturally everything is vastly more expensive than the quality deserves, particularly restaurants. Sure, Comporta is cute, the beach is pretty, but the water is just as cold as in the much-cheaper North, so unless you enjoy being eaten alive by the mosquitoes breeding in the rice paddies in the area, you can do better.

The apartment was not in Comporta which was about 15 mins drive away. I would not recommend visiting in March as there was very little to do nearby. It is probably a lovely place to stay in the Summer months

Liked · Breakfast was very nice and up to the standards of a luxury hotel. Service was excellent, perhaps a notch above the usually expected service. The PR level at this hotel is remarkably friendly and courteous. The garden has some unique and carefully manicured combination of greens and zen grated sand and the garden paths are carefully bordered by dried pine needles. Wonderful There are no specific luxury clichés as in many other equivalent hotels.
We had dinner once at the hotel - an appetizer of smoked eel and a lobster rice might come our of a Michelin guide.
The whole hotel breathes an atmosphere of rustic upscale welcoming smile and quietness. Definitely a place to revisit more than once.
A car is obviously a must and at short distance there are great beaches one can visit.

One of the most beautiful beach areas in Portugal. You can stay at close to the beach hotels, or more in the forest area. Either way, you always win. The village is beautiful and the number of options to enjoy yourself for short, long stays or just passing by are numerous.

the resort is great, although being slightly out of season the other restaurants were not open - save for a function for a car company doing a launch. The beach club was great - recommend a lunch there.

The boutique hotel is just gorgeous with really lovely style, furnishings and personalised finishing touches. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. The pool area is peaceful and location so handy for town and restaurants with easy parking. Lou and Charly make fantastic hosts and are so friendly and accommodating - their recommendations for the area were perfect! We will definitely be back!

Really lovely villas with parking, good heating/insulation, and nice sized rooms! Would absolutely recommend - nicely decorated, comfortable beds, appropriate kitchen for a short stay. Also, very close to central Comporta and the beach etc. Because it was cold, the walk was a bit far and we did need to drive everywhere but I imagine it would be great to walk to downtown in summertime. Very easy check-in and friendly staff.
