Our room was spacious and extremely clean. The location is very easy to find and is very accessible by public transport (tram/train) as there is a tram station outside the hotel. The communication with the host was perfect. The hotel had construction outside but it did not impact us at all as we couldnt hear any of it. The instructions on how to get into hotel were very easy.

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes.

This is a small, cozy, family-run hotel. It is meticulously cleaned by the welcoming owner who always greets you with a smile. The place is simple but with lots of small details that you can tell was thoughtfully placed. The common area in the basement has a full kitchen, with a free coffee machine and a drawer full of teas and even milk in the fridge to use as well. It has enough kitchen supplies to comfortably cook a variety of things should you not eat out in all the dining options near by. Not all the rooms have clear shower door but that isn’t a problem as I find it keeps the room bright and open. The internet is fast and stable and the room is equipped with lots of outlets. The hotel is a 12 min bus ride or 30 min walk from the main train station, and it is within 10-15 mins to lots of local neighbourhoods. It was easy to navigate around on foot to all tourist areas too.

For the price, the room was insanely good. It was very spaceous, clean and the bed sheets were provided, the only shopping we did was for food. The apartment was also very near the Westbahnhopf so we could walk to the metro and everywhere else. The staff was also very friendly.
