Fantastic location and lovely breakfast. If you want it lemon cello and that great orange liquor are provided. Siracusa is a lovely place to visit and it was quiet at night so we could have the window open and the air conditioning off - our preference always!

Pamela and Paolo were great hosts. The Villa is stunning. The amenities superb. It is close to the action in Syracuse (for me seeing the UNESCO sites) but far enough that you don't feel like you are in the city. There is an indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath right now. Outdoor pool almost ready for water to be added. Parking is free and onsite. Easy access to grocery stores too. The Villa has a full kitchen with a big fridge that guests can use as well as a small one in the room.

Lovely place with a lovely staff, good service! Good location-not too far from the island by walk and in a local area which is quiet but also vibrant, with a supermarket nearby Nice room-very spacious and very very clean room with a lovely shared kitchen, we felt like at home right away Easy to park the car for free in front of the house, and house has an elevator so was even better Highly highly recommend!!

I really enjoyed the warm hospitality. Giovanna and Andrea are wonderful hosts and work very hard to ensure that the guests enjoy their stay. Everyday we woke up to have breakfast and Giovanna would hand whip the milk for the cappuccino. There is a lot of LOVE that goes into this establishment. It's clean, and there's a balcony in every room. The beds are SUPER COMFY (Goma piuma Orthopedic). And that's coming from someone with a bad back. This is the first place where I sleep every night and don't wake up with back pain from the mattress. It's also really nice that they give double pillows. 2 pillows per person. Something that has been hard to find in many BNB's in Sicily, they have managed to do with out being asked. Also I really enjoy the option to Netflix. Every room has a TV with Netflix movies, and my Mother and I were able to watch "La Matassa" a Sicilian comedy (which I highly recommend.) And we LAUGHED SOOOO MUCH. EVERY MORNING, Giovanna wakes you up with breakfast and coffee ready to go from 8 -10 am which has been lovely. If you enjoy supporting small businesses and families this is the right place to go.
