The hosts were really accommodating and nice. Ms. Haruka was kind enough to meet us by the station and take us to the lodgings when we first arrived (we had got a little lost on our way there). We were also treated to some great tea and persimmons when we arrived; very delicious! The location was situated near the station, so getting around the city wasn't too difficult. Accommodations were great, and we enjoyed the very cozy feeling when we would return home in the evenings after being out and about the city.

I could go on and on! I felt like home, in a Japanese home! Plus, it was within walking distance to the metro and was in the middle of the city. It made it easy going around Kyoto. I would love to stay there again one day.

The structure was super clean, comfortable and the cleaning staff were friendly and polite every single day. The owner is really a nice guy, friendly and helpful. He let me do the check in outside check in hours and he explained me the surrounding area with a perfect English. For the price is a perfect choice in Kyoto. I'll definitely come back.
