A short walk can get you to all the good tourist spots, and a huge bonus of having the tram stop right in front of the door! Surrounded by great little restaurants, with some good pastel de nata almost right downstairs ;) Excellent housekeeping, with the room always smelling fresh and clean, with crisp linen and fresh towels. The little touch and surprise with piano in the background while enjoying breakfast and a nice view on the plaza in the mornings.. that was my favorite part! For those who can, join the Fado night.. it’s something special. Thank you for a lovely stay!

If you're cool with that, then you'll have a good time. Great location, friendly service, cheap price. AC is hit-and-miss but not too bad once you've let it run a couple of hours.

Lovely nearby shops, just look out for the two lifts in Chao do Loureiro and Castelo and you're soon in Baxia or Gracia is another lively place nearby. Would definitely recommend a stay here. As with all of Lisbon the charming hills and cobbles require sensible foot ware, luckily public transport is cheap and frequent too.LindaYoung couple
