Hotels in Baixa / Chiado, Lisbon

Great hotel in the city center - boutique with very pleasant receptionist, you have tea/coffee in rhe room - very high quality brands! Super comfy bed, i sleept for 10 hrs like a baby. All is clean and very well prepared. I will certainly come again when next time in Lisbon

It is close to almost all the best restaurants, tourist attractions, very convenient to travel by metro/tram/bus

Location was perfect! Right in the heart of the city center. The staff was amazing. Whatever you need they were there for you. Everyone was always smiling. No need for any complaints. Complementary chocolates, water, and the occasional pastal de nata.

Cleanliness, location, renovated, amenities. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it. I would give a 9.5/10

We really enjoyed our stay at "My Story Hotel Figueira". The staff was very kind, helpful, and warm. Breakfast was very good, and in the evening we had some drinks at the bar. Recommend this place 100%. If we'll be back in Lisbon, we'll probably make a reservation there again! Thanks, "My Story Hotel Figueira" to make our short stay so lovely!! ☺️

Fabulous central location with exceptional staff in all areas.

Design of the room and hotel it s impressive. Great breakfast and location

Exceptional service, very recommend!

Great location. Nice breakfast. Very clean and comfortable.

The location is perfect! Everything amazing! Thank you

The location is excellent, especially for the price. The property is clean and I like that the room had a small fridge. The beds are comfortable and plenty of towels provided. This property has a lift which is a huge plus. The staff here are kind, welcoming and very helpful.

Great breakfast. Perfect location.

It’s clean and tidy! Location is excellent and the staff especially Beatrice are friendly, compassionate and warm

Everything, it is a very compact but cozy place, in the very heart of Lisbon, couldn't be in a better location, close to most of the main attractions and yet quiet to get a good rest. People were super friendly and helpful. I got a room with a balcony (not all the rooms have one) and got the very same view of the picture provided by the hotel, direct view of Arch. I arrived after midnight so I needed to get the keys from a different place but it was super close to the hotel, so nothing to be worried about. A small table on the balcony would be great to enjoy a coffee with the view.

I had a lovely experience at LX Rosie. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-located—perfect for exploring Lisbon. The staff were warm and helpful, always ready with recommendations. Rooms were cozy and stylish with good amenities, and I especially appreciated how quiet it was at night. A great value for the price—would definitely stay here again!
