From check- in to check-out everything went smoothly. Very nice to have welcome treats in the room and on last night before checkout. Staff very friendly and helpful.Breakfast excellent and location on small side street (no traffic allowed) and close to everything was prefect.

We loved everything about this hotel. Staff were friendly and responsive, there were a variety of snacks (their pastel de nata was good!!!)+juice+coffee+water at the living room 24/7, we had a clean and cozy room. We got a standard double room located at the 1st floor which had a small balcony overlooking a small plaza & you get a glimpse of the castle. There were elevators and tram stops nearby. Will definitely stay here again!

This is a fabulous mansion run by a nearby grand hotel . The hotel is 2x the price of a room here . We were taken aback by how wonderful this place is , capped by a super breakfast listening to the grand piano being played in the saloon .Fab staff and ideal location .

The location is in a centrally located area, close to the main sites of interests and shopping. it is also close to a metro stop, which made getting to the airport and/or large train station to connect to Porto easy. There are quite a few restaurants and coffee shops as well. The breakfast was a small buffet but all the food prepared was good, they elected to have quality options vs quantity. The staff was accommodating and nice. My room was not ready because I arrived hours before check in, but they held my bag, offered me tea/snack in the breakfast room and told me were the rest room is, if I needed it. My room was a good size with a balcony but I didn't get to enjoy it much on this short trip.
