Everything was beyond our expectations: very good location (walking distance from every attraction in downtown Lisbon), friendly staff, very clean and large room with a great shower, comfortable bed. Nice touch to be welcomed at check-in by complementary pasteis, chocolates, orange juice and water, together with a lovely personalised card.

Overall location and facilities were great but the standout was the assistance provided by reception staff throughout our 7 day stay. Offering free WiFi throughout the property, Urbano FLH Hotels Lisboa is located in Lisbon, a 4-minute walk from Commerce Square and half a mile from Rossio Square. This is one of my favorite hotels in Lisbon; it was my 3rd or 4th stay with them. I absolutely love it! The location is top-notch, not far from the Plaza of Commerce, with a bunch of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, and all the city's sights right there! This time around, I stayed in a bigger room: it's bright, stylish, and clean. The bed is comfortable, and the shower is awesome! The staff definitely do everything in their power to make your stay special: always friendly and accommodating. There is always a bottle of water waiting for you in the room, along with candies and a nice note. I wanted to say: THANK YOU! I am grateful for it! The breakfast is amazing; everything is delicious! So, I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and will definitely stay again!

Located in Lisbon and with Rossio Square reachable within a 3-minute walk, My Story Hotel Figueira has concierge services, allergy-free rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi throughout the property and a... Lisbon in general was amaizing ! The Hotel was great and I would like to make an exeption and mention one of the staff members Ana Santos which she was friendly, amizing and very helpful through all things , the hotel is very lucky to have her ! Breakfast was fresh and delicious and the position of the hotel was pretty comfortable .

With a prime location is Lisbon's historic downtown, Be Poet Baixa Hotel is just 1969 feet from Chiado and 984 feet from Rossio Square. The staff on the front desk were super helpful and friendly. They were very patient and gave loads of advice about where to go and what to do, they were fantastic. The room was comfortable and clean and came with delicious portugese coffee.
