Extremely quiet, clean. Friendly staff

I am surprised this property’s scores aren’t higher. I found the facilities/room to be modern and comfortable (and clean!), and the service at the front desk was excellent. The location is wonderful (I’ve stayed in four different areas in Lisbon, and this location is my favorite so far for proximity to everything.)

Great hotel in the city center - boutique with very pleasant receptionist, you have tea/coffee in rhe room - very high quality brands! Super comfy bed, i sleept for 10 hrs like a baby. All is clean and very well prepared. I will certainly come again when next time in Lisbon

There are some great breakfast options to be found at the Copenhagen Cafe Lab, in the same building as the hotel, and accessible via internal elevator or from the street. Fresh juices, fruit, pastries, cooked options - a very clean establishment with great staff. Their baristas also do great coffee. This is where you’ll start your day if you take the breakfast option with the hotel; or you could just walk on down there as you feel like it. 10 / 10 from us.

Great Location, clean, perfect brakfast, staff.

Breakfast was excellent & as we had an early flight from Lisbon Airport, Sasha (Concierge) packed us a very generous & delicious breakfast box to take with us. We had started our holidays at this hotel 2 weeks earlier (staying 4 days so we could explore Lisbon) & so to finish our Portuguese trip back here was a bonus. Sasha is the most welcoming & helpful hotel manager we could ever have met. We will hold such amazing memories of his kindness, warm personality & friendliness.

Rooms themed by countries. We were in the Mozambique room. Very modern European hotel. Good breakfast. Centrally located.

Perfect location, close to everything. We did not have to use the taxi once. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Nice rooms and building, with good cleaners. We asked for a quiet room and we got our rest in the middle of the busy city.

From A to Z, everything in this hotel was amazing, from service to assistance, support, and recommendations. Thank you a million times. If we visit Lisbon again, we will definitely be back and stay here again.

A very nice cozy room at a great location just by the center. 10 minute walk from every place you could want to visit in Lisbon. Comfortable bed. Everybody at the reception was nice too.

The room was spacious, well decorated, had comfortable beds/linens, excellent bathroom space, excellent lighting, and easy to adjust air conditioning. Reception area was welcoming. Hotel location was perfect for being close to the harbor and also close to multiple restaurants and historical buildings. But most of all was the wonderful staff. Each person we met was friendly, helpful in many ways with answering questions and arranging airport transportation. They made us feel very welcome.

Location was great. Perfect for walking around old town and getting to meeting points for day tours. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Loved the large bathroom. Highly recommend this hotel for a fun stay in Lisbon.

Breakfast was fantastic and served by a delightful staff. We were offered an abundance of pastries, cereals, juices, and eggs were an option too. The Wine Bar was also excellent - Luisa is lovely and was most helpful and attentive to selecting wines to our taste. They also have a great selection of signature cocktails.
