Beautiful hotel, excellent location, helpful staff, great water pressure in the shower, comfy beds. We loved the rooftop bar and pool even though the weather was not on side.

Modern hotel, the rooms are spacious and well designed, the bathroom and facilities are in good condition. Kettle is available in the room and water is supplied everyday as complementary service. The breakfast is also worth the money spent.

Our stay at Solar dos Poetas was beyond great and satisfying. Room was perfectly clean and taken care of every day, as well having super panoramic view of beautiful Praça Luís de Camões. All staff were so nice, professional and helpful when we needed some recommendations and overall help getting around the city. Moreover, we had delicious breakfast situated in the cozy dining room with the touch of pianist performance every morning. Hotel has the best interior and location in Baixa-Chiado district, easily accessible from most significant sights in Lisbon, close to metro station and trams. Thank you for your hospitality!

It is a very comfortable hotel, the room was excellent, sparkling clean good bathroom with wonderful shower system. The staff is very sympathetic and excellently efficient. The location of the horel is just right, metro, bus, etc, although I always used Uber.

This is an amazing hotel with a lot of history in it. You will get to experience a palace lifestyle with exceptional customer service. You get so much for in-service for the price: amazing & pretty breakfast included with live piano music! They even have a good quality gym and spa with jacuzzi and sauna service - all included in the hotel. Spa with extra charge. The hotel itself is so beautiful with a great location, close to main tourist spots and restaurants & walks.

Beautifully designed elegant lobby with helpful staff having smile on their face ready to go an extra mile making the guests experience pleasant and unique. We are a family with 2 littles ones, 2 and 5. We found the room spacious, with all you need plus a nice motivating note every day delivered under the door! So thoughtful!
Breakfast was great, having the variety you need for kids also. Location is perfect, close to Metro and in front of a supermarket! I became a member and sure will check H10 as the first option in the next destination.
I think they shall get 5 Star! (Specially seeing our previous Hotel in Amsterdam holding a 5 Star while deserving a 3 Star)
