Amazing location, with the tram and most attractions and hot spots right on your doorstep. A short walk can get you to all the good tourist spots, and a huge bonus of having the tram stop right in front of the door! Surrounded by great little restaurants, with some good pastel de nata almost right downstairs ;)
Excellent housekeeping, with the room always smelling fresh and clean, with crisp linen and fresh towels.
The little touch and surprise with piano in the background while enjoying breakfast and a nice view on the plaza in the mornings.. that was my favorite part! For those who can, join the Fado night.. it’s something special. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The Hotel, staff and location was wonderful. From the time we checked in to the time we left, we were always greeted with great service. Antonio was wonderful. The rooftop was nice and our room and hotel was nice and clean.
