Overall experience was very positive! Hotel staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Our room was as expected. SPA area is quite small and cozy, but also very nice. Totally recommend! They even congratulated me on my birthday with a bottle of champagne!

The breakfast was excellent! The staff was so very kind and helpful and accommodated all our needs; held bags when we arrived early, helped with the safe, helped open bottle of wine we bought and wanted to drink in our room. Everything was very clean.

All the staffs are very helpful and friendly. They always offer to help.
We requested for a baby crib. They provided very clean baby crib, baby pillow, extra towels for the baby and the baby bath tub. Doing extra miles!
Light show is great. You shouldn't miss it.
We got an upgrade to a Suite Room and it's extremely good, beyond my expectation. Very comfortable and clean. You can feel that all things are new and of good quality.

Staff were great! The roman ruins that formed part of the building were an interesting addition. The free tour of the roman ruins made the experience even better. The location was good and we were able to walk to everything we needed.

The hotel is exceptional — everything feels so clean, new, and beautifully designed. I really love the decoration and the overall ambiance.
