Really friendly/helpful staff and large comfortable rooms. It was quite a way out of town but Ubers are so cheap it only cost 4 Euro's each time. Liked the voucher system if you didn't need your room cleaned.

Hotel is located at the hotel of Chiado pretty much close to everything. Very nicely decorated, I love the library and all thoughtful details of the hotel. The rooftop restaurant has amazing view and good breakfast/drinks.

A remarkable place full of personality, where you’re greeted from the entrance by an impressive collection of art pieces that immediately set the atmosphere. The staff, always smiling and welcoming, make you feel right at home from the very first moment.
The ambiance is beautifully enhanced by live music — piano and violin performances that add a touch of elegance to every evening. The fado music show was wonderfully organized and perfectly complemented by a traditional Portuguese menu, rich in flavor and authenticity.

cosy, stylish, sexy, the suite was large, we loved the furniture, the bed and the bathroom was huge! we felt at home from the moment we stepped in. the staff was awesome! nice, warm, professional and cordial. the breakfast was great.

The rooms were amazing they welcomed us with a bottle of cava which made it extra special especially since our flight was very late. They accommodated for us as well with our requests the service was exceptional!
