The staff was amazing. Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. A special thank you to Joana at reception that went above and beyond with suggestions, directions etc. Rita from the breakfast room is such a special caring person with beautiful personality and beautiful presentation of the food. The food was delicious! She went out of her way to make our stay over the Christmas holiday feel at home and extra special. Special thanks to Daniel that greeted us the night we arrived and to Flavio for assisting us with the purchase of or train tickets. Thank you to the entire staff. Excellent location. Few minutes walk to center and restaurants

I fell in love with this hotel, so much so that I prefered to stay in their garden or surroundings rather than go out and explore the town. It was the perfect facility to close off our trip to Portugal. Great breakfast, cozy rooms and wonderful views.

There are some great breakfast options to be found at the Copenhagen Cafe Lab, in the same building as the hotel, and accessible via internal elevator or from the street. Fresh juices, fruit, pastries, cooked options - a very clean establishment with great staff. Their baristas also do great coffee. This is where you’ll start your day if you take the breakfast option with the hotel; or you could just walk on down there as you feel like it. 10 / 10 from us.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Always there, 24/7, to deal with any of our needs. The room was always clean, everyday, the breakfast was great. Location was perfect, easy to get to. Not really too much walking. All in all I would highly recommend this hotel. I would use it again in the future if I visit Lisbon again.

This was the best hotel we stayed in Europe and roughly had a 250 euro daily limit

Front desk team at reception were so kind & generous, I booked without breakfast & they offered complementary daily breakfast to us, room was perfect for couple & soooo comfortable, location is beyond expectations very close to attractions & literally few steps to front hotel trams transportation, very close to speciality roasters cafes, sure will stay again and again in this magnificent hotel

It’s very convenient for the location. The rooms were comfortable and clean, sound proofed. The terrace is also a nice to have. We felt at ease and had good rest.

There was no possible to keep medicin and beverage in a very small fridge. There is not fridge. 2. The water in the shower was not pouring into channel quickly, so was staying in water about 2 cm deep. 3. At breakfast when there was 13 celsius we were frozen because the door was open to the terrace.

All the staff were very friendly & helpful with alot of knowledge about Lisbon & the position was very central for the old town.Bus stops very near,the Metro across the street,& a beautiful promenade to walk along way.

Location is great and I had a beautiful view from my room. The room was very clean, hotel staff great and pleasant. Recommend it.

Everything was good: Location, staff was nice and eager to help you, breakfast good too. Close to metro station, bus or tram station. Highly recommend!

Thank you to others' reviews, helped us find this place. Adding our voice - it's a lovely hotel and an easy and enjoyable walk to many of the areas we were interested in. The hotel is modern, modern and imaginative decor and room was large with curved walls in dramatic colors, and a huge bathroom. Staff were all lovely. Parking is a trick - best to book theirs. They didn't have room so we got one at the same price in the supermarket just around the corner. but getting there was convoluted because of all the one-way streets. They do have a pool and tiny fitness center but they are in another building down the street and I suspect like many people, we didn't use them.

Location is super close to many of the attractions, very clean, breakfast was nice and has variety and the staff was friendly

Great location, very walkable to everywhere within Lisbon that we wanted to visit. Staff was wonderful, and the room very comfortable.

Clean facilities. The location is good with a bus station directly in front of the hotel that takes you to the Arco do Rua Augusta. The big room was very comfortable with a good view of the river!

Spotless, friendly, excellent breakfast. Shout out for the fresh quiches and the fresh melon and figs. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, responsive. Location fantastic.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect. The hotel is super clean, modern, and beautifully designed. Its location is ideal—very close to the city center while also offering a view of the sea and situated in quiet area. The spa was fantastic. The breakfast was good and delicious. I will return definitely next time!

Located in the old town, the hotel has a charming ambiance; Driving through the narrow streets was a little adventure but the parking was well organized. Staff were helpful, breakfest OK and the view from hotel room was just awesome.

This place was a wonderful surprise for us: not only that we felt the castle vibe, but we've had the best breakfast ever during our traveling experiences, and the peacocks walking in the yard and posing to my camera was like a dream come true. Unbelievable experience, I recommend this amazing place for everyone, being proud that I've got an opportunity to stay here. Wish to come back for sure!
