If you need to return to the mainland for any reason, you can do so, but you'll need to pay for the ride. It's also a good idea to bring snacks, food, and drinks, as Volare has a basic "restaurant" that serves simple breakfast and dinner options. While the food is adequate for a meal or two, if you're staying longer, consider purchasing some items for your breakfast and dinner, since there are facilities available in the kitchen. The bungalows are beautiful, providing a comfortable stay. During the day, the weather is pleasantly warm, while evenings can be chilly. We loved the location of this hotel. Far enough away from the busy town but close enough to walk to restaurants. The ladies working there were so nice and helpful. They upgraded our room and it was stunning!! A huge terrace and a spa tub on the terrace. The king sized bed was very comfortable and we wound absolutely stay there again. The breakfast was a typical Colombian breakfast.

What I liked the most was the comfy feeling pretty much like you’re at home. Our staying was incredible and it is definitely worth it to stay over. We had to glad to meet Daniel and he was our host, very nice, polite, professional, and downto earth person.

We loved the value for money. We had a private room, which was comfortable, clean, and featured a nice view and a balcony. We liked that the hosts were friendly and helpful. We had a calm, quiet night, although the hostel was empty, so we're not sure if this applies to times when it hosts more guests. The location is also great, far from noise and traffic, but close to the town and the mountain if you're into hiking.
