Very good location in the middle of Chinatown and very close to a metro station. The capsules were also very comfortable, with good blinds to keep them dark inside. I liked how there was plenty of shelving and hooks inside the capsule plus space for small bags. The caddy provided was also a helpful addition. The room was very quiet despite the central location and had windows that let in natural light. Surprisingly I never had to wait for a bathroom to be free despite the number of guests.

Simple check in and check out process. No staff on-sight, FYI. There is a lift. Laundry is free. Free filtered water stand. Beds were comfy and rooms were nice. Free body wash/shampoo in showers.

The location was easy to get around and good food around. Couldn't say much about staff, cuz my key was just left at the desk and I'm not sure I encountered anyone that worked there. I thought one guy might have worked there, who was playing on his computer in the night, but then another guest got locked out of his dorm a nd the computer guy helped him by just knocking on the dorm room for minutes straight at 3am until someone finally woke up and opened it... if they guy worked there, you'd think he'd have an extra dorm key card? The pictures looked cool of the "space capsules", but kinda like ordering something on Temu.... once you see it in person, you're like, hmmmmm........ The pillow was soft..... the bathrooms weren't the worst I've been in, but not great.
