This exquisitely designed luxury apartment is located in Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) complex on the 25th floor or above, offering you stunning views of the Dubai Marina and Dubai skyline. It is conveniently located right on the world-famous JBR beachfront walking promenade - The Walk. For any booking of 5 nights or more, we will provide two weekday exclusive beach club access guest cards. Guest cards allow weekday use for two adults and four children up to the age of 14 of private beaches, pools, spas, gyms, tennis courts and other facilities of many of the most exclusive Dubai hotels, such as Waldorf Astoria The Palm, W the The Palm, Kempinski The Palm, etc with discounts of 20-40% for food, beverages, spa, sports inside the hotels. Access to the 5 star Sheraton Jumeirah Resort and Hilton Jumeirah, which are located right in the Jumeirah Beach Residence within a couple minutes’ walk from our complex is also included. Guest passes allow access on Mondays through Fridays. There is no admission to the beach clubs on weekends and public holidays under the Guest Pass program. CLEANING • Cleaning Fee applies to the post Check-Out cleaning only • Guest staying 7 nights and longer will get a complimentary cleaning once a week • Extra cleaning with linens and towels change is available at additional charge with a 24hrs advanced request PLEASE NOTE! • As per Dubai Law, please send us clear passport copies of all guests in advance to secure your access to the building.
