About this property

Located on the fronds of the iconic Palm Jumeirah, Rixos The Palm Dubai is a luxury All-inclusive beach resort offering panoramic views of the azure waters of the Arabian Gulf, the glittering skyline of Dubai Marina and Dubai’s prominent landmarks. It features an oasis themed pool and the Anjana Spa offering extensive range of treatments. Each of the 316 rooms and suites offer at least one balcony with a sea view and are decorated with modern Turkish design. Each features flat-screen TV, free WiFi and mini-bar. All have a bathroom with a soaking tub and a glass-enclosed shower. At the heart of the resort is À La Turca, a restaurant giving service throughout the day, complemented by two signature restaurants – the Mediterranean-inspired L'Olivo Ristorante that will delight the palate of the connoisseurs. Guests can also enjoy a variety of drinks and snacks from two poolside and beachside restaurants during the day. Guests can further relax in the evening at the Shisha Lounge. The Anjana Spa unites the Turkish Culture and traditions with wellness with a sumptuous menu of massage treatments such as Balinese, Thai and Swedish. A gym with certified personal trainers is also available. The hotel also has its own diving center. Aquaventure Waterpark is 8 minutes’ drive from Rixos The Palm Dubai. Free shuttle to Mall of the Emirates is available 4 times a day.

Please note that all guests are required to present a valid ID upon check-in, in compliance with UAE law. Original passports, UAE Emirates IDs, and GCC IDs are accepted.

The credit card must be in the name of one of the passengers traveling, and the same card must be carried for verification upon check-in at the resort. Alternatively, if the passenger traveling is not the cardholder, or if, for any reason, the credit card used for the booking cannot be produced at check in, the passenger may pay in cash or with an alternate credit card; failing which the resort has the right to cancel or reject the booking.

Please note that all bookings require full payment. The hotel reservations team will send a secure link for credit card payments. Payment must be made within 24 hours of booking. Visa, Amex, and Mastercard payments are accepted through the secure link. Bookings may be canceled if payment is not received.

New Year’s Eve dinner is compulsory; rates on 31 December include the gala dinner supplement of AED 3000 per adult. Extra guests & children’s prices will be charged upon check-in. For stays above four nights, guests are eligible for complimentary use of three times at maximum in a la carte restaurants; however, extra usage can be requested and will be subject to availability.
