Stayed for 4 days, the place is amazing and clean, the beds are comfortable and the location is everything. There is a parking service which was highly important to me, the rooms are specious and there is 3 toilets in the apartment and fully functioning kitchen. The grocery at the building will make your life easier .

This stunning one-bedroom luxury apartment is just 200 meters from Burj Khalifa on high floor with city view and a partial Burj view. The night views are amazing. It's right across the Dubai Opera, making it as central as can be with Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall nearby. This is ideal for couples, friends, large families, and business travelers. We wanted to inform you about some important information that may affect your stay. Last week, we received notification from the building management that they have approved remodeling works and will be commencing in the adjacent neighbor unit. These renovation works are scheduled to start on February 10th and are expected to last for approximately 30 to 40 days. We understand that the noise and disturbance associated with construction can be disruptive, and we want to be transparent with you about the potential inconveniences. The construction work is scheduled to take place between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, from Monday to Friday. Please note that there will be no construction activities on Saturdays and Sundays. While we regret any inconvenience this may cause, we want to assure you that we will do our best to minimize any disruptions to your stay. If you have specific concerns or need any assistance during your stay, please do not hesitate to reach out to our front desk, and our team will be happy to assist you.
