Welcome to our 2-bedroom apartment with a private library and open fireplace in the heart of the city. Our apartment offers 200m2 of living space and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The highlights are the open fireplace and private library, where even the Habsburg Franz Ferdinand received tuition! Conveniently located, the subway station U3 and tram stations are right outside our door, providing easy access to explore the city. The private library is perfect for book lovers and provides a peaceful and quiet space for reading and contemplation, with a working desk for those who need to get work done. The two bedrooms are comfortable and inviting, with soft bedding and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining area provides a perfect spot for enjoying meals together. The spacious bathroom features both a shower and a bathtub, providing the ultimate relaxation after a long day of exploring the city.
Our apartment is located in a prime location, within walking distance of many of the city's top attractions. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bars in the neighborhood, as well as grocery stores and other amenities. The area is safe and friendly, with a vibrant atmosphere that is perfect for exploring the city. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, our apartment is the perfect home base for your stay. The access to the subway line U3 (Neubau, Stephansplatz) and the streetcar lines (along Ringstrasse) is directly in front of the house, to the U4 Stadtpark (Schönbrunn) it is about 4 minutes walk . A large supermarket is located on the first floor of the house.
