It is situated in a beautiful fin-de-siecle building just 5 min. walking distance from the Karlskirche and the city centre away. This beautiful apartment is located in the 1st floor with lift and consists of: - 2 bedrooms with double beds - a living room with sofa and table - bathroom with shower and washing machine - a separate toilette - a kitchen with toaster, dishwasher, tableware, cafeteria - smart TV and WiFi

Our flat is located in the 4th district not far from the metro station U4/U1/U2 Karlsplatz away. Within 10 min. walking distance or by metro you are in Vienna’s Old Town/Ring/Opera and Stephansplatz. Vienna’s most important sightseeings you can reach by foot from here.
