Michael ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation lief schnell und einfach. Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (in ca. zehn Minuten fußläufig erreichbar) erreicht man schnell die Innenstadt. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Dabei konnten wir, da wir im Winter zu Gast waren, nicht einmal alle Annehmlichkeiten wie das Schwimmbad oder den Garten nutzen.
