Escape to the tropical paradise of North Queensland in this stylish one-bedroom apartment with a private garden. Relax on the deck surrounded by exotic plants and the soothing sound of the fish pond. Located in the secure Blue Lagoon gated estate, the apartment includes access to resort-style facilities just a 2-minute walk away: the guest swimming pool and tennis court. Please note, the apartment has a private garden but no private pool. The pool shown in the photos is the resort pool for Blue Lagoon guests, located about a 2–3 minute walk from the apartment. Undercover parking is right outside your door. The apartment is just a 5-minute walk to the beach, shops and restaurants, with wallabies often visiting the estate at night. The space This stylishly renovated apartment is finished with elegant porcelain tiles, coastal-inspired furniture and a Smart TV. The highlight is your private Balinese-style tropical garden with an outdoor shower, new deck with dining table and chairs, a tranquil water feature with goldfish and lush greenery. It is whisper quiet yet right in the heart of Trinity Beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes a new two-burner induction cooktop, microwave, fridge/freezer and quality appliances. In the bathroom you will find toiletries, and your bedroom is prepared with fresh linen on a Sealy Posturepedic Medium Plush mattress that ensures a deeply restful sleep before waking to the sound of birds. The cozy living room is styled in a modern coastal theme with ambient lighting and a comfortable two-seater sofa. Wildlife adds to the charm of the estate. Wallabies are often seen just outside the apartment’s security fence, usually late at night.
