No WiFi as promised. No channels other than local. No soap at all in bathroom or room at all, we had to buy some to wash our hands etc. Clean enough, but no cleaning was offered during our stay. We asked for assistance around TV and WiFi two or three times, but nobody came as promised. 3 chairs at table but 4 of us staying in the room. Upstairs room, which we weren't informed about (pics suggest its single story accommodation) so wasn't great having a child with a disability. Nice location, view is of powerlines so a bit ordinary. Loud traffic noise as it's on a main road. Room wasn't ready at 2pm check-in after driving 11 hours from interstate - so we had to wait in the check-in area for around 30 minutes. Lots of places to eat nearby and supermarkets etc.

Rowville has alot of handy shops nearby like your major stores, Kmart, Woolies, Coles etc and also fast food restaurants. From our hotel it was very convenient as everything was there. Its also close to the Basketball stadium and Dandenong for the markets etc. It was easy to get to and from places as access to the highways etc was close by. We were in Melbourne for a wedding so we didnt get to check any other activities in the area but Rowville area is a great place to stay for convenience and locality.

what an amazing bed to sleep on! by far in the top 5 comfiest mattresses I’ve slept on at a hotel. the staff were delightful. my partner and I received a very warm welcome, with followed through to the end of our stay. we felt like we were at home with how comfortable the staff made us feel and how beautiful the room is. the bathroom (shower) is 10/10. highly recommend staying here and we will 100% be back in the near future. location and parking is perfect.

The room we had was clean,spacious and catered to our family with teenagers The staff were so accommodating and friendly and gave us a free room upgrade which we were grateful for. . This hotel is always my favourite as its close to everything,, has large sized rooms and always clean. RIH never fails to cater to our expectations. Thank you once again. I'm sure we will be back again and again.

Stayed here with my familiy for a short trip. The cleanliness was a particular highlight for my Mother, as she was pleasantly surprised at the tidiness and general style of the accommodation, especially at this price range. The Hotel also has a beautiful breakfast room with plenty of options available for the complementary breakfast. Location was convenient.

The room was great and the bed was super comfortable! The hotel is under new management and the owners were friendly without being intrusive. They also gave us a complimentary breakfast each day which wasn't included in our original price but was something they had decided to implement.

For our family of 5, we were able to book two rooms. The WiFi reception itself is great, but the registration to get WiFi working is a pain. The area around has good bakeries, laundry, and restaurants.
