Great location convenient to all the shops, restaurants and cafes of Glen Waverley and very short walk to The Glen shopping centre. I liked that the layout provided space between the 2 bedrooms. Having the carpark in the basement was very convenient as we were in and out a lot. Lots of windows in the main living area.

The main reason is you don’t have a restaurant. When I travel on business I don’t want to waste my time making breakfast, lunch and dinner. I want to spent time only on work.
The other issue is cockroaches in the office!!! Yes, cockroaches in my room but it was in the office.

Good location in lovely building with spectacular views. The pool is lovely and the sky garden is a lovely place to visit.Lots of restaurants downstairs and a beautiful new shopping centre. Albert was very friendly at check in.

I visited the restaurants and the shopping centre. They were within walking distance. The menus were very good with reasonable prices. The other place which I visited was Chadstone Shopping Centre which is a short drive away.

Harry was brilliant.
Harry was brilliant. I had a small request, not urgent, and it was attended to, the next day. Rose the cleaner was just lovely. Good eye for detail. I enjoy the restaurants and cafes - love Asian food. So much choice. Even the Asian supermarkets at The Glen are fabulous. The residential parking worked really well, once you knew the system. Glen Waverley is a very multi cultural area and as such there are many Asian restaurants to dine at. The train station is next to our accommodation and buses as well. The hotel staff members are very accommodating and friendly when we all arrived. To my surprise the location was awesome, about a 5-10min walk from the hotel and we are at Glen Wavery shopping centre called The Glen. Plenty of restaurants that closed late at night for us to roam the streets. The bed was comfy and the room was decent size for a queen room. Bathroom was clean.

There are buses just down the street that run to Nunawading and Glen Waverley, but I even walked it one day and it was only 15 minutes. The hosts were lovely, and very accommodating and available when you needed something. All the rooms were occupied with other guests when I was there, proof of a popular accommodation. I'll stay again if I need to be in the area.

Foyer and bar/dining looks amazing, the warm welcome as you walk through the door, that was exceptional. Customer service was amazing, considering it was the New Year period and very busy, the employees were very kind, smiling and even apologised for long waits even though it was not their fault. Thanks for the stay.

Initially I had problems with my television and Ron the Maintenance Person came to the room immediately to assist me and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. His customer service is exemplary. Everything was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay again. Great hotel.
