This bright, modern and newly built home is fully furnished and offers everything you need to have a rejuvenating and relaxing stay at Phillip Island, including a fully equipped kitchen, bathtub, free WiFi, board games and a 75" Smart TV with in-built Netflix and YouTube! It is also fitted with split system reverse cycle air conditioners in the living area and master bedroom, with electric heaters available in other rooms to keep you warm during the colder Melbourne nights. Minimum 2 days booking required. Strictly no parties or pets allowed. Please note that garden and outdoor areas have not been finished yet.
This home is conveniently situated in a quiet residential area in Cowes, Phillip Island, a stones throw from the bustling Cowes City Centre (~1.5km) and a short 10 minute walk (~650m) from the beach. While you're at the Sun and Sea Holiday Home, make sure you get your fair share of both the sun and the sea! Watch the penguins at Penguin Parade; go for a swim and look for marine life in one of Phillip Island's many beaches; race your friends in go karting; enjoy a hot chocolate at Phillip Island's own Chocolate Factory; find your way through a maze at A Maze N Things; hold a cuddly koala bear; play a round of mini-golf; immerse yourself in nature on a hike...
