It’s the less hectic sister of Smiths Beach, which is just 600m from the home if you prefer a patrolled beach in the summertime. Sunset strolls will become the perfect way to end your day. This beautiful home is spread over four levels; the ground floor contains a laundry and powder room. Up 8 steps to the 1st floor, you will find the large Rumpus room (with smart TV and Blu Ray) and three bedrooms.
