Sandcastles offers self-contained accommodations just a 10 minute drive from the center of Surfers Paradise. Guest facilities include a swimming pool, game room, fitness center, free parking and massage services. Please note that this property is a 3-story complex and has no elevator access. Please note we do not accept American Express credit card. The property takes full payment for the booking in line with the cancellation policy. If its a Pay Now and Save / Non refundable booking full payment will be taken within 24 hours of your booking. Our Office hours are 8.00am – 4.00pm Monday-Friday, 8.00am – Noon Saturday and 8.00am – 11.00am Sunday and public Holidays. If your arrival time is outside of these hours, please contact us 24 hours prior so alternative arrangements can be made for your check-in.
