Welcome to your home away from home! Stylish & Spacious house featuring 2 x bedrooms , 1 x bathroom with spa bath, 2x toilets, double garage parking right in the heart of Margaret River town! Enjoy a King bed, Super King Bed or 2 x King Single beds with top quality linen & pillows. High speed wifi, washing machine, large kitchen with gas cooktop & dishwasher, 2 xTVs with Netflix/Stan. Located within 5 minute walk of restaurants, pubs, breweries & amenities such as grocery stores & shops! Secure gated complex with a double car garage parking next to the entrance of the home. Spa bath, heated lights and a towel heater are some of the features of the spacious bathroom. Additional toilet and powder room. The lounge room has a modern four seated couch with ottoman plus additional seating areas such a kitchen table and breakfast bar. 2 x large TVs - One in the master bedroom with apple TV and a smart TV in the living room with access to Netflix and Stan. A chefs kitchen with gas top cooking, nespresso coffee machine with complimentary pods, microwave, dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen with cutlery and crockery. Webber BBQ is available for use.
