SCHOOLIES
Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. For this reason the property reserves the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period, whether they are attending official Schoolie events or not.
NO PARTIES
Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies will result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
Minor Building Works - February 2023 - Weekdays only
The Body Corporate have organized for some minor balcony rectification works to be carried out on a few of the balconies around the building and from time to time there will be some intermittent drilling / jackhammering. There is NO scaffolding or structures in place around the building and access for workers will occur via abseiling at the front of the building and for lower levels via a mobile elevator platform. Work is only occurring on weekdays between 8am-4pm. We are trying to ensure that all work is prioritized to be as far away from our holiday guests as possible to minimize any disruption.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform The Waterford on Main Beach of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
