No lifts available in this complex This waterfront unit has 'MAGICAL VIEWS" and just a 30 second walk from the relaxing Pumicestone Passage. Sleeps up to a max of 8 guests • Queen bed • 1 Double • 2 Single • Bathroom -bath and separate shower • Sep toilet • Internal laundry • Fans/air-con The shops (all the necessities) are less than 500m away, with the boat ramp not much further! If the kids are joining you, it is only a short 3-minute walk to the best park on the waterfront. Meander along the stunning waterfront path soaking up the beautiful views and gentle sea breeze. Stop for a coffee, have a go on the many free gyms dotted along the track, or just sit and soak it all in. Anytime of the day is magnificent. However, the sunsets can be absolutely “Breath taking!” DON'T DELAY IN BOOKING THIS SPECTACULAR APARTMENT! Guests please note - We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking. Bribie Island offers many boutique style cafes nearby. On both Welsby Parade and in Woorim on the Surf Side. The Sandstone Point Hotel is only a 5-minute drive and is a quality venue to enjoy a quiet dinner and enjoy the scenic views across Pumicestone Passage. Bribie Island is 30 minutes from Australia Zoo, 45 minutes from Mooloolaba, the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane Airport and only 55 minutes to Brisbane City. If the family wants a trip to the theme parks, the Gold Coast is only 90 minutes’ drive. A lot of cafes and takeaways are located on Toorbul Street/Welsby Parade, a short stroll will take you to the main street where you will also find Markets most Sunday mornings. A car is recommended as most shopping centers are located at least a few kilometers away. Taxi's are readily available around Bribie Island.
