Property info

Wonderful 45 m2 architect designed flat with panoramic sea view, located on the Ostend dike. The flat has a spacious open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a superb bathroom. Particular attention has been paid to the choice of materials but also to the home automation (Smart TV, Google Nest Hub, dimmable lights,...). An ideal place to spend holidays with family/friends or to telework in front of the sea!

Neighborhood info

The flat is ideally located on a beach that is both quiet (away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach) and lively (kitesurfing, sailing, children's entertainment). All amenities and activities are available nearby: - Restaurants - Shops: Spar (100m), Delhaize (500m), ... - Activities : Sailing school, children's games, Hyppodrome, Kinepolis, Bicycle and cuistax rental within 250m, ... At any time you can watch the boats at sea. In season, you will have the chance to see the shrimp boats and the daily fireworks from the flat window. And many other surprises are sure to come your way :-) The tram (stop at 100m) will take you in less than 10 min to the centre and the station of Ostend By car, the fast lane at the exit of the motorway will take you directly to the flat without having to go through the city centre.
