This stunning, newly decorated unit has It all: 2 bedrooms (with comfortable new beds), 2 bathrooms (with heated floors), an open concept living space, a high-end kitchen and a private patio. This home also includes a Smart TV and lighting, high speed WIFI, climate control and parking. Walking distance to amazing restaurants & cafes, grocery stores, and Woodbine Beach. ABOUT THE SPACE A newly decorated home designed to be your home away from home: -modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances -gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster -dining table for 4 people -1 large bedroom (queen bed) with en suite bathroom (heated floors) and a full wall of built in wardrobes -1 bedroom (queen bed) with full wall of built in wardrobes -1 bathroom (heated floors) with shower/tub -stacked washer/dryer -hardwood floors throughout -big windows with lots of natural light -living area with large flat screen Smart TV -high speed WIFI -private patio -1 parking spot GUEST ACCESS Guests will have private access to the apartment + adjoining patio. This location is the perfect mix of vibrant & trendy, but also quiet and family-friendly. If you’re a foodie, there are restaurants of all types: Italian, French, Latin, Middle Eastern, Indian, Thai, Sushi, Ramen, Burgers, BBQ, Detroit Style Pizza and a number of higher end restaurants as well. If you’re into spending time outdoors, ‘The Beaches’ boardwalk and lake are a 10 minute walk away and there are also a number of parks nearby. If you’re looking for entertainment, Woodbine Park (which hosts many events throughout the Summer such as The Jazz Festival, Afrofest, Buskerfest, The Food Truck Festival), HISTORY (a trendy music venue) and The Beaches Cinema are just a few great options.
