Boasting a skylit indoor pool and 3 on-site dining options, this hotel is located across the street from Union Station. Great hotel facilities, nice clean room, very comfortable beds. I will definitely stay in it again.
If you've made a reservation for the 360 the restaurant just get into the regular line not the tour line and tell the staff member you have a location, show them on your phone and then go through the security process and follow the staff members promts. Saves time so your not late for your reservation if your in the right line
Definitely go later in the day where it's not packed with a lot of people. I went up to the Sky Pod. It was underwhelming. If you go consider the EdgeWalk that will be a thrill. Otherwise, just enjoy being on top of the city. You can tour the facility in less than an hour.
Last time we did the tower was 1995 - a great many buildings have grown up around the tower since then - great views, was not too busy (we went around 7pm) but would not be so pleasant if very crowded. Easy to get to via public transportation
Told it was hard to get a reservation for dining but being "old" people who like to eat early, we were served in the late afternoon without a reservation. Rotating restaurant gives a fabulous view of the entire metropolitan area.
Don’t go to the top its not that impressive cause of the small windows. Best time to go there ist half an hour befor sunset so you can see Toronto by day, Toronto at sunset and after that Toronto at night... Really beautiful!
I took my husband and little girl to see the CN Tower to relax and eat at the restaurant as I have been here three times over the past 8 years. This is the first time it was closed so it was disappointing that we weren’t told it only opens certain times when we purchased our tickets in the main area. To be able to sit, enjoy dinner and look out the window from th CN Tower would have been a great experience. We stayed an hour in the main area but after that it gets a bit repetitive to just walk around. My 5 year daughter got a bit bored after 45 minutes. There’s a snack area with tables but it’s not the same as to have a nice relaxing dinner after sightseeing. We would have been there at least 2 hours to make our money worth it there if the restaurant was open
Great location away from the crazy downtown core but it was also just a cheap Uber ride to the CN Tower. The hotel was very clean, as was the room. The staff were pleasant and the bellhop was exceptionally nice to speak to on the morning we left. He seemed genuinely happy to be there. I was only there for a short stay but I told my spouse that if we were ever back in Toronto area I’d like to stay there again. The parking was also only $18 for 24 hours which is very well priced considering the area.
Toronto
I enjoyed my stay at the hostel. The location is absolutely prime -- only a five min walk to CN Tower! The hostel is well-run and, although there can be some minor temporary glitches, overall, it's a clean, well-maintained place. The breakfast is not breathtaking (which was never an expectation for the price!!), but it's a good, fair breakfast, enough to fuel up. I'll be back.
The intercontinental never disappoints. The location is perfect for all your Toronto sightseeing needs. No more than a 5-10 min walk to the CN Tower, Rogers Centre, The Aquarium and Scotiabank Arena. The Hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the small convenience store on the lower level was a life saver.
I got a room on the 7th floor with a gorgeous view of the city and the harbour. I could see the planes landing on the runway which was a bonus view I really enjoyed. The staff was really nice and friendly and the location of the hotel is great, the CN tower is a 10 minute walk from the property.
The hotel is located in walkable distance to the CN Tower and the Big Heart in Toronto Downtown. We were very satisfied with the amenities (gym, pool, sauna).
Close to the CN tower, train station . There is all convenience stores around the apartment. The view is beautiful.
