Beautiful family chalet fully furnished and equipped for a remarkable stay surrounded by nature. On the 1st floor : - A first bedroom furnished with a double bed. - A second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. - A WC. On the ground floor: - A third bedroom with a double bed. - A fourth bedroom with a single bed. - A bathroom (bath/WC). This is a small bathtub where adults can sit. It will be perfect for children. - A kitchen, fully equipped, including a coffee machine, hob, fridge, dishwasher and oven. - A spacious and bright living-dining room with access to the balcony. The room has a fireplace, perfect for sharing with family and friends or for reading by the fire. You will find many books in the chalet. - A balcony with a breathtaking view of the natural landscape of Lake Montsalvens and the valley. It has a bench and a table, perfect for outdoor meals facing the mountains. - A beautiful garden which will be an ideal place for children to play. Two parking spaces are available.

The chalet is located on the top of the small village of Crésuz, a beautiful natural landscape. There is a restaurant in the center of the village. Supermarkets, many restaurants and the Gruyère baths are located in Charmey, about 7 minutes by car (4km). Bulle is about 15 minutes away by car. To do/see nearby : - Walk at the lake of Montsalvens - Castle of Gruyères - Baths of Gruyère - Fondue train - Maison Cailler in Broc - Charmey Aventures (amusement park) - Ski resort of Charmey - Numerous hikes in the region
