This modern and spacious three-bedroom apartment is located in a popular and highly central part of Prague, just a 7-minute walk from Wenceslas Square. Thanks to its location, you'll find many local restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, pubs, and other tourist attractions within walking distance. The apartment is suitable for up to 6 people. We offer free Internet and Netflix for guests. Property equipment - Basic necessities (coffee, tea, salt, sugar, oil) - Amenities (towels, clean bedding, soap, hairdryer, washing machine with detergent, ironing board and iron, clothes drying rack) - Free Internet and Netflix - Fully equipped kitchen including a coffee maker - New bathroom with a separate toilet - Spacious living room with a kitchen and dining area, and two bedrooms. The sofa can be converted into a double bed if needed to accommodate more guests. Access for guests You will have the apartment to yourself, so you will have complete privacy. Additional information All our guests are required to fill out a simple online registration form before arrival, as mandated by Czech laws. You will receive a link to complete the necessary information. In case of lost keys to the apartment or smoking inside the apartment, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 100 euros for any resulting complications.
