Bernstoffs Castle is a real Castle with a huge lovely garden/ground situated just 5 min away (by car) from Gentofte City, where you have shops and restaurants. Lovely building, lovely surroundings. Great Breakfast served at the Castle, both upstairs in they Royal locale and downstairs in wonderful surroundings. We found two excellent (Italian) restaurants. One just 500M right out of the hotel at the traffic circle, and another downtown Gentofte.

The room was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was really excellent. There were many choices and the food was DELICIOUS. The concierge -Ugo and Pelan were very helpful. They gave us excellent information.

    Location and the grounds is very nice.

    Location and the grounds is very nice. The breakfast is ok but served between 7-9am. Room was big but outdated. TV has few channel and no bluetooth. Two person bed was separate spring mattresses that kept drifting apart. Bathroom is not up to standards for this kind of location and price range. Its a conference hotel more than it should be. Ordrupgaard Art museum is super close as is the beach. Lousiana art museum little ways and Bakken amusement park as well.

    This was the last place I stayed on a multi-city trip so I was relieved to find out it was a comfortable, peaceful room in a comfortable, peaceful suburb of Copenhagen. Really easy to get to and from the airport with just 1 change on the tube and easy enough to get back into the city as well. Staff were very friendly the few times I interacted with them and something very impressive was that my room looked out onto the busy street level car park and I could barely hear anybody using it!

    The host Bent was very kind. Handed us the keys upon arrival and he toured us around the place. The flat has everything you need for the stay even the kitchen! So thankful. The place is nice, huge with balcony. It is 15mins drive to Copenhagen Centrum, where you can find lots of paid parking. Lidl is 3 blocks away from property and so with the S train station. There is free parking in front of the property. Definitely will stay here again.
