The beach is beautiful. The hotel rooms and grounds were always clean. It's very quiet and relaxing. Food and drinks were excellent. The hotel staff were friendly.

would like to thank Yocairy Nunez, the hotel manager. She made the entire experience feel like a real vacation. She was very responsive via email and WhatsApp, answering every question I had even before my arrival. Yocairy ensured that every member of my family and friends had a wonderful stay and always asked how we were doing. I also want to mention that the rooms were very clean. The sheets smelled like clean laundry, and I was quite impressed by how tidy the rooms were. The best part of the resort was the beach. I also want to give a shout-out to the Paradise Island Catamaran captains. I believe one of the guys' name was Jersen. Both the captain and his assistant (Jersen) were wonderful and very attentive during the Cayo Arena excursion. Special thanks to Yocairy again for helping us set that up.

We loved this place. The decor was beautiful , loved the titanic replica. Many picture worthy spots within the location. Great service by everyone and exceptional service by Franklin. He did everything possible to make our stay perfect. We will definitely be back

The property was rustic and well matched the vibe and feel of Punta Rucia. Our room overlooked the water (stunning view), with unique outside bath and shower attached to our room. We found it perfect and could not imagine a better choice for the casual traveler. Breakfast was included in the room date and served on the beach. What a way to start our day. We opted to also eat dinner there and it was fantastic. The cook put out an array of delicious meals. I’ll save my best and final comments for the Lodge Manager (Janine). Personable, warm, charming, welcoming and absolutely tireless. She made our stay both memorable and enjoyable. What an asset!
