Ideal for those looking for a central accommodation of our one-bedroom apartment is located in a new residence close to the historic center, 3 minutes from Plaza de la Merced and 5 minutes from Calle Larios. Please note that the water pressure in the apartment may be lower than expected, especially during peak usage hours. We appreciate your understanding. The accommodation of 42 m2 is fully equipped, has a free private parking. It is located on the first floor of a building with elevator. The living room is connected to the kitchen and is very spacious. It has a window overlooking the inner patio, a TV and a sofa on one side, and a bar table with the kitchen on the other side. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee machine, ceramic hob, pots, pans and crockery. There is also a washing machine for your comfortable stay. In a bedroom, you will find a double bed, a bedside table and a wardrobe. Air conditioning and fast WiFi are available. The access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock both the exterior and interior doors. Upon booking, you will receive detailed instructions on how to use the digital key system. Note: We have multiple apartments available in this building! If you are interested in renting more than one apartment for your stay and enjoying the convenience of having your whole group together, please contact us and we will provide more information. You can get to the airport by bus, train, or taxi, and the transfer will take you 20-50 min. There are many supermarkets and shops in the area.
