This comfortable, spacious and bright duplex with solarium has 252m². The apartment with capacity for 6 people, has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is fully equipped. On the first floor it offers a modern and fully equipped American kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. The cozy living room, tastefully decorated, has a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a flat-screen Smart TV and free WiFi. The living room communicates with an elegant dining area with a large wooden table and chairs. Double glazed doors from the living room and dining room open onto a wonderful outdoor terrace with a large awning, table and chairs for dining. This floor also has two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, and two of the three bedrooms in the house. Each of these bedrooms has two single beds, a ceiling fan and a small balcony. A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find the main room with a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and direct access to the upper terrace with a chill-out area, solarium and wonderful mountain views. . All rooms have ducted air conditioning.
