My name is María Victoria, I am from León and I have been living in Málaga for more than thirty years. I have recently become the hostess of this fantastic flat in the centre of Malaga: La Flamenquita. Located in the heart of the ‘Soho, Barrio de las Artes’ district of Malaga, a cultural and commercial area in the central district, close to the city's nerve centres such as the Port, the Alameda Principal and the Malaga Park. In this area there are significant cultural facilities such as the CAC Malaga and the Alameda Theatre, among others. It is also the best communicated area of the city: in or around Soho itself are some of the city's main thoroughfares. The Alameda is where most of the city's bus routes converge, as well as being the hub of the city's cycle lanes. The Muelle de Heredia is home to the Intercity Bus Station, with connections to all the municipalities along the coast, from Manilva to Nerja. Next to the Guadalmedina River is the local train station. To access by car, there are plenty of parking spaces in the blue zone and in public and private car parks.
