This apartment is an absolutely lovely modern and refurbished apartment located right in the middle of Barcelona city on the Carrer Rosello. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, and additional guest bathroom, large living room with both dining and lounging area and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own delicious Paella, or whatever you fancy :) Do you want to maintain your fitness even while disconnecting on vacation? Don't worry! At Stay Unique we think of all your comforts, this is why, you have the opportunity to access our small gym that is within 10min. walking distance of the apartment. Rules use of the gym: - Small machine room shared with other guests. - Opening hours from 6 AM to 11 PM. - Access included in the price. - It is recommended to bring your own towel as it does not include towels as a hygienic measure. - There is no bathroom. - Suitable for all ages. Children under 16 accompanied under adult supervision. - No smoking, alcoholic beverages, or food. It is strongly recommended that all gym members have adequate health insurance to cover possible injuries or medical expenses related to physical activity. The gym and its staff are not responsible for any injury, illness, damage, or loss of property you may suffer while on our premises or participating in our activities. This includes injuries caused by the negligence of other gym users.

Eixample Derecha (Eixample right) is, as the name might suggest, the eastern part of fashionable neighborhood Eixample. The neighborhood was one of the first ones to be built outside the medieval walls of Barcelona. This is best illustrated by the grid pattern in which the neighborhood is built in. This is a sharp contrast to the older part of Barcelona. A number of Barcelona’s landmarks and important areas are located in this area. For instance, the famous Placa de Catalunya and the important shopping street Passeig de Gracia is located in this neighborhood. Not to forget Casa Mila or La Pedrera which is one of Barcelona’s biggest tourist attractions.
