Casa Lucena, Burriana, Nerja - Spacious 3 bedroom semi-detached Townhouse with Full A/C, Int TV & FREE fibre optic Wi-Fi internet. Accommodation comprises air conditioned open plan lounge/dining room with feature fireplace, 42" LED TV with Int channels & patio doors leading to the Southwest facing dining terrace. Fitted kitchen with dishwasher. Guest washroom. Downstairs you have the master double bedroom with access to the West facing sun terrace, 2 twin bedrooms & a full bathroom with shower . One of the twin bedrooms also has patio doors to the sun terrace. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes & air conditioning. The lower level has a further full bathroom & internal access to the private garage. Both terraces have sea & mountain views. Terrace dining furniture, sun beds & loungers. Guests have use of the community swimming pool. The beach is just a 5 minute walk away downhill (the walk back up will take a bit longer!).

Nerja! The jewel of the Costa del Sol. Probably the best climate in Europe! Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants. Something for everyone!
