Cozy and bright studio in Barrio de Las Letras quartier in Madrid and a few minutes walk from the famous Puerta del Sol. It has a double bed and a double sofa bed, a bathroom and kitchen. It is located a few minutes from all the main Madrid tourist attractions, it is surrounded by many restaurants and Spanish bars as well. It is perfect to enjoy Madrid as a couple or as a family, the location is perfect to visit all the points of interest such museums, restaurants, theaters ... During the stay you have access to the entire house, you will enjoy the entire apartment. You can use the kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is offered with bedding and towels. The studio is recently renovated, so it has all the advantages of a modern and well equipped home. Here you can find all its conveniences: - Heating - Air conditioning - Wifi - TV - Washing machine - Natural light - Lift in the building - Telephone (wireless intercom) - Hangers in the wardrobes - Attention during the stay

The Charming Huertas is located in the best area of ​​Madrid! You can go to all the main attractions walking, without having to take any means of transport.
