We are an investment fund specializing in purchasing, renovating and renting out our properties. As of Spring 2019 we have 25 apartments available for vacation rental. All with high-end quality renovations, furnishings and attention to detail. Our team will happily aim to provide you with the best stay in Marbella.

Neighborhood info

Puerto Banús is a great place for eating out, shopping, relaxing on the beach, cocktails, nightlife... It's got everything. The beachfront walkway from Banús to Marbella is definitely worth walking or cycling. You'll discover a beautiful bridge next to the Marbella Club which goes out into the sea and is a site for amazing photos at sunset. Marbella centre is great for some culture and we always recommend to discover the Old Town. On the "Plaza de los Naranjos" there is a tiny "Churrería" which makes the best traditional churros. It's a tiny place with a blue facade, definitely worth a visit. From there, going down to the beach we've got the Alameda and Salvador Dalí parks which make for some amazing photos!
