Welcome to this beautiful and comfortable flat close to the port and the beach in Oliva, which can accommodate up to 5 guests. The terrace is furnished and is the ideal place to enjoy the good weather and to enjoy breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the fresh air. The flat is on the first floor of a building without lift and has 80 m2. The living-dining room is a bright and airy space, the ideal place to relax after a day at the beach. The dining table can seat up to 6 people. The kitchen is independent and has the basic equipment to cook during your holidays: ceramic hob, electric oven and dishwasher among others. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The flat offers three bedrooms to relax in. Two of them have a double bed each, and the last one has a single bed. All three bedrooms also have a wardrobe. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair can be provided on request. A bathroom with shower and bidet completes the accommodation. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a letterbox at a nearby petrol station. You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and details of the letterbox three days prior to your arrival.

Oliva is located in a privileged spot in the Mediterranean. Its beaches are characterised by their fine golden sand and shallow waters. In the town you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay such as restaurants, shops and supermarkets. You can also visit the historic centre of Oliva, the Marjal Natural Park or the Font Salada spring. If you are a golf lover, the nearest golf course is only 7 km away.
