Elegant and spacious apartment. Equipped, carefully decorated and lovely atmosphere. Restored building, with elevator and wheelchair accessibility. Original floors and ceilings in perfect condition. IMPORTANT - Tourist tax per person which is 2.25€ / day (from the age of 16 and maximum charge of 7 nights), will charge separately. - Extra fee for towels or blanket: 5€ unity. - Check-in available until 21:00pm

Both apartments are located in the neighborhood of Eixample, one of the most important areas in the city. Said area was the masterpiece of Ildefons Cerdá – renowned urban planner who designed the neighborhood in 1860 to take advantage of the sunlight, expand the city and ease the traffic flow. Eixample is characterized by its modern octagonal buildings and one-way streets, and it’s also known for being a residential and commercial area. The apartments are elegant, carefully decorated and appealing. They are perfectly located in the Barcelona’s “Cuadrado de Oro”(known for its rich architecture) and are only a few steps away from the main attractions and monuments. Located near supermarkets and food shops as well as boutiques and all kinds of other shops. Great restaurants with excellent menus and affordable prices. The location of the apartments allows you to easily move around the city with bus & subway stops in the nearby, as well as train stations. Main highways to the airport (13 km) are easily accessible and allow you to enter and exit Barcelona. Parking lot available.
