Exclusive apartment located at Conde de Barajas street, on the heart of Seville, close to La Alameda and Plaza del Duque At the entry, you will find a comfortable and precious living area with an open-plan kitchen fully equiped wich inlcludes dining room table with four chairs. The living area also offers an area with two armchairs, sofa bed and balcony facing to the street. On the left hand side of the kitchen we will find the corridor that will direct us to the bedroom which offers a double bed 150x190cm, spacious wardrobe and full suite bathroom. The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or WhatsApp, and you can contract or refuse them. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
