The property is a brand new hotel in Seville and the hospitality was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing especially Enrique with his coffee at the breakfast was super warm and made the best coffee for us! Adrian at the bar was very very nice and made amazing cocktails for us. Everyone and everything about the property made our stay very pleasant. Highly recommend!

We got an extra large room C2. As the front desk staff told us, we would be happy. We were actually overjoyed. The location is great, and the front desk helped us call the taxi when we checked out. The water provided each day is super great.

Great hotel! Very convenient location. Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Common areas of the hotel were very well kept and welcoming. Aircon works very well (it was 40 degrees outside!). Pool area is nice but limited shade.

Everything in this hotel was just flawless! From the minute you step in, the entire staff (too many to mention!) takes such good care of you. You feel so welcome the day you check in and until the day you check out. Room was quiet and very comfortable. Housekeeping was super and a special shout out to the bell hops who were always so helpful and friendly:-) Loved chatting with them every day! The on site restaurant was amazing and the jazz in the American bar was perfect to end the day! We were there to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay:-) This is hospitality at its finest! Bravo!!
