pretty little town very steep hills but worth walking around to enjoy the atmosphere of a typical Spanish town. Plenty of places to eat, nice park to sit and the tower on the hill gives a good panoramic view of the area. In April the air is full of the scent of orange blossom.

They suggested a great place to eat not far away and made us feel right at home! Ask for Room Number One which has a large privcate terrace if travelling as a couple (as it has only one double bed). Excellent breakfast in the morning - on Fridays nights they can also prepare dinner but we did not ask for that. Two very friendly residents young cats that they rescued (BONUS points for that in my books) :) :)

Very calm and quite place surrounded with the beautiful mountains of Arboleas in Almeria. We were greeted on arrival at the villa for collection of the keys and any questions we had about our stay. Also contactable via WhatsApp and through Booking.com. Friendly and helpful as we spoke to the owner of this villa due to a question we had. Please note the cooker is operated through the dials on the oven.

The rooms are basic but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean, the hotel was quiet. Ideal for us and will be using it again
