Quieter location, long stretch of sandy beach, not too far away from local amenities and bars/restaurants (walking distance). Easy access to the city of Denia and only a 15/20 minute drive from our family in Javea. We love the pool and gardens and also the fact that you can just walk outside the property and in less than 2 minutes you are in the sand dunes on the beach. We have had air conditioning installed so that sleeping on those hot summer nights is made bearable.
I am English but my husband is from Valencia. We met whilst working in Switzerland and have a young son. My husband and his family know the area of Denia & Javea well. His family have a property in Javea and we were looking to buy somewhere close to the sea for family holidays. We looked at a large number of properties and this was by far the most luxurious and well distributed. We liked the fact that the build quality was of a high standard and that the integrated kitchen included extras like a washing machine and microwave. The terrace is large and overlooks the pool and we have ocean views. We are really happy and excited about our purchase!
Denia is situated on the magnificent coast of the Costa Blanca, between Alicante and Valencia. The old city has various attractions such as the central market, the XI century castle, the Parc Natural del Montgo or the prestigious Marina. Ferry's sail frequently to Baleares. You may also take the tram south to Calpe, Altea, Benidorm or Alicante. If you enjoy eating out in restaurants, Denia and the surrounding area offers no end of great places to eat, including Michelin Star restaurants. If you like sport, you will not be disappointed. Denia offers watersports, there are a several golf courses located in the area, hiking and sightseeing are popular in the nearby national parks of Montgo and Pego-Oliva and you may also take a roadtrip either along the coast or into the interior visiting local vineyards along the way. This brand new, stunning 2 bed apartment is situated within 50m of the sandy beach of Las Marinas, in a quieter part of the bay. The nearest bars, restaurants and other local amenities can be found within walking distance.
