La casa está situada en una urbanización a 10 minutos andando al campus de la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (Barcelona) en un entorno natural. Es ideal para personas que buscan tranquilidad y comodidad por razones de estudio, trabajo, descanso o turismo. A 15 minutos andando a la estación de ferrocarril de Bellaterra (situada a 30 minutos del centro de Barcelona) y a 2 km de la autopista AP 7. Existen diversos centros comerciales próximos.
Somos un matrimonio jubilado y queremos que tu estancia aquí sea lo más bonita posible así que te ayudaremos con todo lo que podamos. Haznos saber si necesitas que te vengamos a buscar a la estación para que no cargues con las maletas!
Urbanización en Bellaterra llamada Turó de Sant Pau. Es un barrio muy tranquilo con casas, un gran campo, un parque, un campo de fútbol y de básquet a 1 minuto de casa. Hay un pequeño restaurante al lado de casa pero si lo deseas puedes ir hasta al centro de Bellaterra a 15 minutos andando donde encontrarás diversos comercios (farmacia, peluquería, panadería, supermercado, veterinario y restaurantes (no te pierdas la experiencia gastronómica del Ébano Gastrobar). En la estación de Bellaterra encontrarás el Club Bellaterra que dispone de gimnasio, pistas de pádel y piscina. No se necesita coche ya que se puede ir andando a pocos minutos a las estaciones de ferrocarril de Bellaterra y de la Universidad para ir hasta al centro de Barcelona o conocer los alrededores (también hay opción de autobús). Caminos para pasear por el bosque y para conocer los pueblos del alrededor. A 2 minutos en coche para acceder a las varias carreteras y autovías que conducen a Barcelona, a Montserrat, al Pirineo y a la Costa Brava (Cadaqués, Begur, Lloret de Mar…). A 20 minutos en coche hasta el circuito de Montmeló. Aparcamiento fácil delante de la propiedad
