Property info

Beautiful apartment in Villajoyosa for 4 people 100 m. far away from the beach beside the Port. This 5th floor apartment, gives astonishing views to the bay as well as Benidorm and Alicante. The terrace with a table and four chairs, is a very special relaxing place. It has one double bedroom, but the two bathrooms and the double and comfortable sofa-bed in the living room turn it into a four people apartment. The beach area where the apartment is situated, offers special service for handicapped people, with special sea chairs and qualified staff hired by the town council therefor, this service is totally free for users and relatives. The common area has swimming pool, garden and easy parking in the outside area, behind the building.
