⚠️ Please note that the terrace is located on the rooftop, outside the apartment. Recently renovated and designed in an industrial style, this studio of 29 m2 will be a perfect place to stay for couples, friends, and individual travelers. With a cozy private rooftop terrace upstairs, you will be able to sunbathe, get some fresh air, and have a drink enjoying the lovely Malaga weather. We want you to know that to access the terrace you would need to go out of the apartment and take the community stairs to the upper floor. The access to the apartment is digital and requires a smartphone with an internet connection to unlock both the exterior and interior doors. Upon booking, you will receive detailed instructions on how to use the digital key system. - Please note that all guests (regardless of their age) must fill the legal registration form Orden INT/321/2021, according to the Spanish legislation (Royal Decree 933/2021). When traveling with a minor, you'll be requested to indicate the type of family relationship. Refusing to comply the order above will form a formal ground to deny the access to the property and will not be subject to any compensation.
